Request for a scroll to be created by the Signet office

The following information is to be filled out by the person requesting a scroll be created by the Signets office due to:

  1. Scroll not being given out at the event
  2. Catastrophic event (such as fire)

The policy of the Signets office is to first research the assignment to confirm that a scroll should have been created. Once confirmation is made, the scroll will be placed in the queue. Scroll priority is based on award date. Once a scroll has been assigned to a scribe, you will be notified via e-mail. It is the goal of the Signets office that all scrolls assigned will have a 12 week window in which the scroll is to be completed. It is also the goal of the Signets office that all scrolls be given out in court. When the Signets office contacts you stating that the assignment has been made, please provide information regarding which events you plan on attending.
