Greetings, For the reign of Darius & Alethea, scrolls that cannot be hand delivered to the event should be sent to their royal herald, Baron Ernst Nuss von Kitzingen at: Ernie Martinez 20 Forest Ave Danbury, CT 06810 baronernst (at) snet.net Make sure to email him before you mail the scroll, just in case he would like you to send it to a different address due to weather or other issues. Plan for scrolls to arrive no later than the Thursday before the event. If he leaves for the event on Friday, he will miss Friday's mail. There has also been a request that any scrolls requiring unusual signing methods (material, not language) be sent at least 1 week in advance so the Crown has a chance to figure out how the tools work. Lately, there have been difficulties in figuring out how to safely and successfully sign alternative scrolls in the short time available before court. If you have any questions, please let me know. As a reminder, be sure to always include a typed cut sheet with the scroll text for the herald to read, preferably in large print. Also, consider putting some form of contact information on the back of the scroll in case the recipient wants to get in touch with you.
